Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority.  We have created a few guidelines to make the process easy for you.

• Item criteria #1 (Unopened boxes)
• Item criteria #2 (Length of time since purchase)
• Sample shipping policy – We pay all shipping costs if a return is a result of our error and you are exchanging it for the item you ordered (i.e. received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Otherwise original outbound shipping costs are not refundable; if you received free shipping then actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before production begins.  This is where you can tell the customer how you will proceed after production begins.
